New Head Girl, Head Boy and Deputies Announcement

Over the past three weeks, Year 12 candidates for Head Boy and Head Girl have been put through their paces in a rigorous interview process. Firstly they had to write a formal letter of application, outlining their vision for the role. Each candidate was then interviewed by a panel, including Mr Duffield and members of the Student and Sixth Form Leadership team. After this, eight candidates were shortlisted who went on to present five assemblies to ensure each student in the school had a chance to hear their vision and message. Every student in the school then had a chance to vote, alongside all staff members.

Taking into consideration all of the above, we were thrilled to announce the new Head Boy and Head Girl in our end of term whole school assembly.

Many congratulations to James Besley-Tyrrell and Becky Norman on their new positions. They will be supported by Deputies: Tomas Davey, Ben Sammon, Marcus Roberts, Emily Nejand, Emma O’Neill and Phoebe Spencer.

We look forward to working together to build their vision into a reality over the course of the next year.
