Developing Middle Leaders to Ensure Educational Excellence

Are you currently, or aspiring to become, a middle leader with responsibility for leading a team or subject?  The GLFML course will help to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to drive improvement in your school.

The programme, which begins on the 4 November, comprises of a total of five half day sessions spread evenly across the academic year. During the sessions, participants will be challenged by theory; practical activities; experienced school leaders; and their peers to reflect on and develop their leadership approach. Across the three terms, participants will undertake a school based project which will compliment their current role and responsibilities and impact on children’s learning beyond their classroom. During the final session, on the 2 July, participants will celebrate their middle leader journey with a short presentation on their project.
