Literacy & Oracy
We help pupils develop strong reading, communication and storytelling skills through targeted programmes and enrichment opportunities. Our ambition is to foster a lifelong love of reading and ensure every young person can communicate with confidence.
Numeracy
We support initiatives that build mathematical understanding and confidence through engaging and practical learning experiences. We want more pupils to see maths as accessible, relevant and a gateway to future opportunities.
Academic
We provide targeted support, interventions and enrichment opportunities that help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. We want all young people, particularly those facing disadvantage, to have equitable access to the support they need to succeed.
The Arts
We support access to music, drama, visual arts and creative experiences that inspire self-expression and build confidence. We aim to create more opportunities for pupils to work with professional artists, performers and cultural organisations.
Sports
We provide opportunities for pupils to access sport, competitions, coaching and enrichment activities that promote physical wellbeing, teamwork and confidence. We want every child, regardless of financial circumstances, to be able to participate in high-quality sporting experiences and pathways.
Community & Public Service
We encourage pupils to make a positive difference through volunteering, social action and community projects. Our goal is to build stronger communities while helping young people develop empathy, leadership and a sense of belonging.
Environment & Sustainability
We enable pupils to engage with environmental projects that develop awareness, responsibility and a connection to the natural world. We want young people to become active contributors to a more sustainable future through meaningful action and leadership.
Technology & Innovation
We support access to technology, digital learning and innovative experiences that prepare pupils for the future workplace. We aim to reduce digital disadvantage and inspire the next generation of creators, problem-solvers and innovators.
Careers & Work Experience
We connect pupils with employers, mentors and real-world experiences that broaden horizons and raise aspirations. We want every student to have access to meaningful career guidance, workplace insights and opportunities that support successful futures.
Entrepreneurship
We encourage creativity, resilience and enterprise through projects that develop business, financial and problem-solving skills. We want pupils to gain the confidence and mindset to turn ideas into action and create positive change in their communities.
