Simon Cox

Simon Cox joins GLF Schools in September 2026 as Director of Secondary Education, with a proven track record of driving rapid school improvement and fostering cultures of excellence.

Previously, he was Director of School Improvement at Lift Schools and has served as Regional Education Director at E-ACT since 2021.

Simon is also a qualified Chair of Independent Review Panels for Permanent Exclusions and a Trustee/Director at the Diocese of Coventry MAT, where he is the chair of the Education Committee.
