Louise Burridge

Louise Burridge is an experienced system leader with over twenty-five years in education, having worked across primary, secondary and international settings.  She joins GLF Schools as Primary Regional Education Director, bringing a strong track record of school transformation, strategic leadership and sustainable improvement.

Prior to her current role, Louise served as Executive Headteacher and Principal at Thames Learning Trust, securing 'Outstanding' Ofsted judgements in all five areas and securing primary outcomes consistently above national averages.  Her wider system leadership includes serving as a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) for Mathematics, chairing cross-trust Teaching and Learning groups, and contributing to regional Education Partnership and SEND Strategy Boards to drive standards, attendance and inclusion.

Developing leadership capacity and evidence-informed practice are her professional passions.  A qualified Instructional Coach, Louise holds both the NPQH and NPQEL, and is dedicated to building inclusive, high-performing schools where every child receives an exceptional education and thrives.
